Before we begin, we’re required under new rules to explain how we’re compensated for our services. Here’s the good news: we only get paid if you successfully purchase a home you love. Until that happens, there’s no cost to you.

From the very start, your agent will invest substantial effort to make your home-buying experience smooth and successful. This includes:

• Identifying properties that meet your needs.
• Searching listings and previewing homes to ensure they match your goals.
• Explaining every step of the home-buying process.
• Helping you develop clear objectives and set realistic expectations.
• Assisting with lender pre-qualification.
• Negotiating the best possible purchase price and terms.
• Coordinating inspections, title insurance, and closing services.
• Managing all the details needed to ensure a seamless closing process.

How We’re Paid

There are a few ways our commission may be covered:

• By the Seller: Traditionally, the seller offers to pay a commission to the buyer’s brokerage.
• Through Your Offer: If the seller hasn’t offered a commission, we can include it as part of your offer.
• By You: In cases where the seller won’t agree to cover the commission, you may be responsible for paying it.

Please note, commission rates are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The terms of payment will be clearly outlined in the Buyer Representation Agreement you’ll sign when you choose to work with us.
